Endless Summer

The days have been warm, the evenings balmy, and we’ve been making the most of the sunny season the only way we know how – three months of action-packed Endless Summer.

Each weekend, locals and visitors alike enjoyed an array of free entertainment. From DJs and jazz to Bob Marley and Aretha Franklin tributes, music lovers have been treated to the musical stylings of Melbourne’s best.

We entertained kids (and kept ourselves young) with chair-o-planes, a giant slide, face painting, pony rides, bubbles, and even a visit from Santa himself. The Bourne Local Market delighted everyone with stalls from a variety of artisan creators and makers from all over Victoria. We celebrated the Australian Open, setting up big screens and bean bags for fans to sit back, relax, and watch the tennis greats battle it out for the win.

The drinks have been cold, the food delicious, and the people filled with energy. The atmosphere’s been electric, and we’ve loved every minute. In fact it’s been a blast.
