Original UseCanteen
In the 1970’s a number of new buildings were constructed on site to support the growing team.
This iconic example of brutalist architecture with its impressive concrete spanning roof structure was used as the staff canteen. With over 1,000 people on site, somewhere sizeable was required to keep the hungry crew fed and happy.
